Event: 2025 ACEC Virginia SWaM Round Robin with VDOT

Date: October 28, 2025

Pricing:

ACEC Virginia Member Table Registration (up to 3 staff) - $650

Prospective Member Table Registration (up to 3 staff) - $1900

There are up to 15 firms, including admission for up to 3 firm representatives, lunch, and logo recognition throughout the event. You will have one-on-one time with each DBE firm at your table as they rotate through the Round-Robin format. In addition, VDOT representatives will also be seated at your table. Bring plenty of business cards!

SWaM Firm Registration - $150/firm (15 firms, up to 2 staff)

To be recognized as a SWaM firm during this event, you must register as a SWaM. As a SWaM firm, you will have 7 minutes at EVERY table to describe your firm and the services you offer. Please bring plenty of business cards!

VDOT Registration – Complimentary

** Registration for this event can be canceled prior to October 10, 2025. After October 10, registration can be transferred to another individual.

  • At each place setting in the event room, there will be a notepad and pen with your firm’s logo on it.

  • Each attendee will receive a welcome bag featuring your firm's logo.

  • Includes signage at the event, logo on the website, and firm logo on coffee mugs.

  • Includes signage at the event, logo on website, choice of firm logo on mints, cups, or napkins.

  • Each attendee will receive a nametag with your firm's logo on the lanyard.

Reusable Water Bottle (1 available) - $800

  • Each attendee will receive a water bottle with your firm's logo on it.

Parking Sponsor (1 available) - $400

  • Logo on signage at registration desk where validation tickets are picked up.

10:30 am - Round Robin: 2nd Rotation (2 minutes between each table, 15 tables)
