Session Description:

Whether you are presenting to leadership, interviewing for a project, facilitating a meeting, or providing an update to a client, your ability to communicate with confidence can significantly impact your effectiveness and influence. This highly interactive workshop is designed to help professionals become more comfortable and capable when speaking in front of others. Rather than focusing on formal speeches or keynote presentations, participants will develop practical public speaking skills they can immediately apply in everyday professional situations. Throughout the day, participants will engage in a series of guided speaking exercises designed to strengthen confidence, improve presence, organize thoughts quickly, and communicate more effectively under pressure. Participants will practice speaking in front of others, receive coaching and feedback, and have multiple opportunities to apply new techniques in real time. 

Topics may include:

  • Thinking on your feet 
  • Organizing ideas quickly
  • Speaking concisely
  • Projecting confidence and credibility
  • Managing nervousness
  • Using voice, energy, and body language effectively
  • Responding to questions and unexpected situations

This is not a lecture-based workshop. Participants should expect to actively participate, speak frequently, and practice throughout the day. Whether you regularly present to clients or simply want to feel more comfortable speaking up in meetings, this workshop will provide practical tools, meaningful practice, and increased confidence that can be applied immediately in both professional and personal settings.
