2024 DBE Round Robin with the Virginia Department of Transportation

Tuesday, September 10th - 7:30 am - 2:00 pm

Delta Hotel Downtown Richmond, 555 E. Canal Street, Richmond, VA

Join ACEC Virginia and VDOT for a day of networking and collaboration with Prime and DBE firms. 

Agenda

7:30 am - Registration, Breakfast & Coffee with Exhibitors
8:30 am – Opening Remarks & Updates from Bowd Center, DSBSD, and VDOT PSPO
9:30 am - Round Robin: 1st Rotation (2 minutes between each table, 15 tables)
10:15 am - 15-minute break with Exhibitors
10:30 am - Round Robin: 2nd Rotation (2 minutes between each table, 15 tables)
11:15 am - 15-minute break with Exhibitors
11:30 am - Round Robin: 3rd Rotation (2 minutes between each table, 15 tables)
12:15 pm - End Round Tables and break with Exhibitors
12:30 pm - Lunch Presentation – Best Practices for DBE’s Working with VDOT

2:00 pm - Event Concludes

Registration Information:

ACEC VA Member Table Registration (up to 3 staff) - $625

Non-Member Table Registration (up to 3 staff)- $1875

There are up to 15 firms, includes admission for up to 3 firm representatives, lunch, and logo recognition throughout the event. You will have one-on-one time with each DBE firm at your table as they rotate through the Round-Robin format. In addition, VDOT selection committee members and district office representatives will also be seated at your table. Bring plenty of business cards! 

DBE Firm Registration - $135/firm (15 firms, max of 2 staff) 
To be recognized as a DBE firm during this event, you must register as a DBE. As a DBE firm, you will have 7 minutes at EVERY table to describe your firm and the services you offer. Please bring plenty of business cards!

VDOT Registration - Free

Exhibitor Registration Information:

ACEC VA Member Exhibitor - $250 

Non-Member Exhibitor - $500

Exhibiting at the Transportation Round Robin will allow you to share your firm's products and services with DBE firms and ACEC members. Your company logo will be displayed in the PowerPoint throughout the event. In addition, an exhibit table will be provided in the networking area. The fee includes two company representatives to attend the event and lunch. Exhibitors do not participate in the Round Robin.

Breakfast & Coffee Break Sponsors (SOLD) - $750

  •  Includes signage at the event, logo on the website, firm logo on coffee mugs.

Lunch Sponsors  (SOLD) - $750

  •  Includes signage at the event, logo on website, choice of firm logo on mints, cups or napkins.

Lanyards (SOLD) - $750

  •  Each attendee will receive a nametag with your firm's logo on the lanyard.

Welcome Bag (1 available) - $750

  •  Each attendee will receive a welcome bag with your firm's logo on it.

Water Bottle (1 available) - $1,000

  •  Each attendee will receive a water bottle with your firm's logo on it.
