Join us for a Special Session Recap and 2021 Session Preview Patrick Cushing of Williams Mullen. Patrick will provide a recap of what passed (and what didn’t) during the 2020 Special Session. Patrick will also provide a summary of the Commonwealth’s current fiscal condition and a preview of issues he expects to see during the upcoming Session. Topics will include legislative initiatives that will impact the business community, as well as a focus on those issues that may uniquely impact engineering firms in the Commonwealth. 

Our Presenter: Patrick is an attorney with Williams Mullen and seasoned state lobbyist with experience crafting policy in both the public and private sectors. Patrick uses his blend of the public sector, business development, marketing, and legal experience to help clients develop a cohesive legislative and executive advocacy strategy.
