(PMI) is a full service Land Surveying firm, established in 1995, with offices in Virginia Beach, Newport News, Richmond, and Chantilly, Virginia as well as Baltimore, Maryland. PMI is licensed to perform surveying services in Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Massachusetts, Kentucky, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee. PMI is currently certified by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), Maryland Department of Transportation, District Department of Transportation, City of Baltimore, and by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and by the Commonwealth of Virginia as Small Woman and Minority (SWAM) Business Enterprise.
