Description

The ACEC Virginia Enhanced Leadership Program is designed to develop exceptional leaders who can drive company growth and create thriving, profitable businesses. By taking a proactive approach emphasizing emotional intelligence and facilitating behavioral change, this program equips participants to master five key leadership skills through comprehensive teaching, coaching, and development.

Through a proactive process that grows emotional intelligence and achieves behavioral change, the five elements of leadership skills can be taught, coached, and enhanced.

Program Dates:

• September 30, 2026 - Leadership Principles
• October 28, 2026 - Understanding Yourself and Others Better
• November 17-18, 2026 - One on One (Virtual or In-Person)
• November 9, 2026 - Communicating to Motivate
• January 13, 2026 - Leading Strong-Willed/Difficult People and Leading in Conflict Situations
• February 17, 2026 - Leading Change; Taking and Controlling Risk
• March 17, 2026 - Empowering and Growing Others
• April 14, 2026 - Team-Building; Defining Your Own Personal Leadership Style
• May 12, 2026 - Inspiring Leadership in Others; Creating A Leadership Culture

** If a class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather such a hurricane or snow storm a make-up date of June 2 is scheduled into this program.

Cost:

• ACEC Virginia Member - $4,500
• Non-Member - $8,000

ELP Meal Sponsorship Opportunity - $250

This sponsorship provides your firm or business the opportunity to energize and fuel our ELP cohort during one of the scheduled ELP sessions in 2026-2027.

Sponsorship package includes the following:

• Signage with your firm/business name or logo displayed during the breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks
• Your firm/business name or logo displayed on the ELP website page
• 1 social media post recognizing your firm/business as an ELP meal sponsor
