Join us for the Mid-Atlantic IT Roundtable hosted by ACEC Virginia — a unique opportunity for IT professionals in the engineering industry to collaborate, share best practices, and tackle common challenges.

This interactive roundtable is designed to foster meaningful discussions on the latest trends, tools, and technologies shaping our industry. Participants will engage in open dialogue around cybersecurity, software implementation, infrastructure management, and more.

Daniel Axon
Regional Manager of Facilities Services, ECS Mid-Atlantic

Daniel Axson, PE, is currently a Regional Manager of Facilities Services at ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC, and a practicing engineer with expertise in structural and building enclosure forensics and repair design. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in structural engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Daniel has a history of employing off-the-shelf digital solutions to support projects and developing a few digital solutions. While most of his career has been in engineering consulting, he has spent time at Egnyte as a subject matter expert for the AEC industry and technology, focusing on improving the product and increasing engagement with engineering and architecture companies. He has presented on the topics of technology adoption, technology strategy, and change management at ACEC events and is a member of the ACEC technology committee. Daniel is passionate about using technology to support and augment the operations. He has experienced the trials of deploying new technologies at companies and recognizes the important role of IT functions supporting the industry.
