VDOT will present a virtual information session on the recent enhancements to the standard Request for Proposal (RFP), including the use of the new labor class groupings and working titles, the pre-award staffing roster, and guidance on the process for staff placement (including examples and a demonstration of the use of embedded pivot tables). A brief question and answer session will follow.
