Virginia’s retirement program requirements are prompting employers to take a closer look at how they help employees save for retirement. For firms without a retirement plan, that may mean deciding between the state-facilitated RetirePath Virginia program and establishing a 401(k). But this conversation isn’t only for firms without a plan. If your firm already offers a 401(k), this is also an opportunity to ask a different question.
