Greetings VEC Community,

During this uncertain time, your health and well-being is our highest priority. And as we continued to monitor the Coronavirus, the State of Emergency from Governor Northam, and advisement from public health officials, we knew that even this close to the event date, we must keep our members and event attendees safe. As of Friday, March 13, we are canceling the 2020 Virginia Engineers Conference at The Williamsburg Lodge.

Full registration fees will be credited back to the original payment method in the coming days. We are working directly with The Williamsburg Lodge to gain more clarity concerning hotel room reservations this close to the event day. We certainly will update you very soon on the status and outcome. Please note that our members and conference attendees are our top priority, and we are committed to doing everything we can do to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
Thank you to our gracious speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors who have indeed been amazing and extremely flexible with the uncertainty this week (please see the conference program to see our entire team that helped in putting this conference together).

Thank you for registering for the 2020 Virginia Engineers Conference and supporting ACEC Virginia, VSPE, and ASCE Virginia Section. We are thankful for our strong Engineering community in Virginia, and we know that safer times are ahead for us to get together for education and networking.
