Lonnie Paster brings more than 30 years of experience in employee benefits and a deep understanding of the insurance marketplace. A Tidewater native and Richmond resident since 1983, Lonnie previously served as a Group Representative and Regional Manager for a large insurance company, giving him unique insight into how insurance carriers underwrite and operate. He holds the CLU, RHU, REBC, and ChHC professional designations and works with firms throughout Virginia, helping employers navigate insurance products, services, and employee benefit solutions.
