ACEC Virginia/VDOT SWaM Round Robin

Connect, collaborate, and create new business opportunities at the ACEC Virginia SWaM Round Robin. This unique networking event is designed to bring together engineering firms, SWaM-certified firms, and VDOT representatives for focused, one-on-one conversations that foster meaningful partnerships.

Firm Registration

Firm Registration is limited to 15 firms and includes:

• Admission for up to three (3) firm representatives
• Lunch for all registered attendees
• Logo recognition throughout the event
• Dedicated one-on-one meetings with each participating SWaM/DBE firm as they rotate to your table during the Round Robin
• Networking opportunities with VDOT representatives, who will also be seated at your table throughout the event

Be sure to bring plenty of business cards to maximize your networking opportunities!

SWaM Firm Registration

To participate as a SWaM-certified firm, you must register using the SWaM Firm Registration option. As a registered SWaM firm, you will rotate to every participating firm's table and have seven (7) minutes with each firm to introduce your company, discuss your capabilities and services, and explore potential teaming opportunities.

Please bring plenty of business cards and be prepared with a concise overview of your firm's qualifications and expertise.
